Issued simultaneously with a cloth edition, Smith terms this boards edition as the "Cheap" edition. While no ownership markings… are present, this volume was acquired from Walter Smith's estate. Wear & soiling, with paper detaching from boards underneath. Rear joint cloth split. Title label mostly worn away. A Good copy only. Grayish reddish brown boards with dark red calico-texture quarter cloth; plain paper-wrapped boards; printed paper title label to spine.
