Das bibliophile Werk ist beschränkt auf 75 signierte und numerierte Exemplare und 5 Exemplare H.C. Signatur des Verfassers.

This map of London's Underground system was created by Geographia, Ltd. and published by the Baynard Press in 1937. The unique style is a contemporary competitor to the maps designed by Harry Beck, which were more stylized and legible. One can see why Beck's design would ultimately be adopted on a much wider scale - though the lines stay true to form, the resulting image is crammed with station names and somewhat difficult to read. The verso presents a similarly styled maps of the city center and Theater District. Sheet Height (in) 17.75 Condition A- Goodreasing and light to moderate wear along former fold lines, including several spots of separation at the fold intersections (repaired on verso). Dark spots in the lower corners - the left side just barely extends into the border.

This lovely copperplate engraved map was published in Amsterdam by Jan Jansson in 1639. It shows the German state of Bavaria north of the Danube River, which can be seen flowing across the page near the bottom of the sheet. Nuremberg, the region's largest urban center, can be seen in the upper left while a variety of other towns, villages, and religious sites are also labeled throughout the image. Geographic features like lakes, forests, and hills are depicted pictorially. Of particular interest is the Bohemian Forest (B hmerwald) in the upper right - today this mountainous region comprises a portion of the borders between Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic. Sheet Height (in) 19.6 Condition B The image is moderately toned and slightly abrased, with several light spots within the image and the margins. It contrasts sharply with the discoloration in certain areas, but the attractive hand color mutes the affect somewhat. A bit of wear and soiling visible in the margins, along with a few edge tears. Remains in good condition overall.
