Hardcover. Condizione: Near Fine. 3rd Edition. This is one of those books of record, when the edition to have is the revised third, because it includes the years since 1966 when the first edition was issued. This thrid includes the important final years and his death. Clean and tight, no owner names, no annotations. I believe this was issued without a jacket, and the cover boards are pictorial.
