A bifolium, 4 pp. 8-1/2" x 5-3/8" The pamphlet lists 12 acts about to expire, including one establishing trading houses with the Indian tribes, one dealing with the revenue cutters, an act to "regulate trade and intercourse with the Indian tribes, and to preserve peace on the frontiers", "an act respecting the mint", "an act for the relief of persons imprisoned for debt", "an act to suspend the commercial intercourse between the United States and France.", etc., etc. Printer, and place of publication ascribed by Evans. Age toning. Faint diagonal crease. A VG+ copy. Self printed wrappers. Stab-holes along fold, indicating that perhaps the pamplet one time bound; now housed in an archival mylar sleeve.
