Leather Bound. Condizione: Very Good. 1st Edition. An interesting and rare tract of 1838, being the first and probably the only edition, "dedicated to Her Majesty, Queen Victoria, Her Majesty's Ministers, and the British Public". Handsomely bound in 19the Century full leather, with rich gilt decoration on the front, back and spine. Binding very good and tight, with light wear at the spine ends. 23-page text plus blank leaves front and back, with all edges brightly gilt and in very good, tight, clean condition. No inscriptions.
