The first edition was the last or next to last Confederate publication and is recognized as an outstanding wartime account. Keiley was a journalist and later a lawyer, a noted political campaigner and judge of the International Court at Cairo. 1/2" chips at the spinal extremities, cloth cracked along the spine, and some edge wear, else good.
