Daarom hebben we in deze studie een voorstel gedaan voor een risicomanagementprotocol, waarmee het protocol voor de beoordeling van risico's bij jeugdige delinquenten aan het Open Educatief Interventiecentrum in Lugo wordt geactualiseerd.

These minors will serve a judicial measure in a reform centre, either open or in a detention centre, depending on the seriousness of their offence. Risk management tools are needed to evaluate and identify risk profiles in these minors, in order to guide the Individual Program of Execution of the measure with the maximum guarantee. Therefore, in this study we made a proposal for a risk management protocol, updating the Protocol for the Assessment of Risk in Adolescent Offenders to the Open Educational Intervention Centre in Lugo.
