So, this study is carried out. For this study I used qualitative approach; interpretive paradigm. I took two different schools of Lalitpur District to look at the school culture: perception and practices. I have taken students, teachers and school leaders as my research participants. I collected information for this study with the help of interview, informal discussion and observation along with note taking of different incidents. This work has been a useful work to understand the perception of school stakeholders regarding the schools practices. This research has evident insights to come up with a conclusion that how schools are executing their daily schedule in real practice in Nepalese context.
