This 74 year old book has seen some stuff. The cover is in ok shape with some yellowing and an odd purple stain on the back. I think that that odd purple stain is the reason for the water damage that can be seen on the bottom of the pages. The binding appears to be pretty good and everything is readable.

The cover has some stains, rub marks and various small tears and nicks from it with one large nick out of the back of it. The back of the inside cover has been folded over. There's minor water damage on the first few pages and the last few pages and the spine is starting to crack toward the center. The rest of the pages appear to be in really good shape.
