Findings indicated that there were more female instructors than male instructors, there was an acute shortage of instructors, learners were generally of low socio-economic status and Adult and Continuing Education (ACE) centres did not have physical facilities as well as they lacked relevant teaching/learning material.It was recommended that in order to realize UN dream, Sub Saharan countries should redress the factors addressed. 100 pp. Englisch. …
