Goldenrod studio wrappers, rubber-stamped FILE COPY and COMPLETE on the front wrapper, noted as copy No. 67 and production No. 5069, dated 11-5-43, with credits for director Albert Lewin. Title page integral with the first page of the text. 168 leaves, with last page of text numbered 169. Mimeograph duplication, rectos only, with a single pink revision page dated 3-13-44.
