This is a thin hardcover book with 63 pages including many silhouette style illustrations. The binding is strong with all pages firmly attached. The pages are clean with no soiling, writing, or tears. The copyright page shows 1939 as the published date. This is definitely Not a former library book. The price has been clipped from the DJ flap. The back DJ flap has a fold in it. The dust jacket is also in great shape with a short (one-inch) closed tear on the top of the front (No Chips). I have placed the DJ in a fresh mylar jacket and this old book looks and feels great! We always ship in a sturdy cardboard box!
