Paginated in series: (2), 167-227 (62 pages, total) with a four page table of contents for vol. 12, nos. 1-4 laid in. Illustrated with a gravure-printed photo portrait of Fitzgerald by Carl Van Vechten as well as two facsimiles (the first page of the Great Gatsby manuscript and a poster for Fitzgerald's Civil War melodrama). Very rare. In very good overall condition; no owner marking, NOT EX-LIBRARY. (p).
