The book deals with over 40 churches and other topics, and was drawn on heavily for the author's published work "Churches and other Antiquities of West Sussex", published by J W Moore in Chiche…ster in 1906. The book measures 23cm by 19cm, is signed "A H Peat, Chichester 1904" at the front, has 259 handwritten pages, and is bound in half red morocco, blue cloth boards. The binding is somewhat rubbed and scuffed (but intact), the contents are generally in good condition, although one leaf is detached from the binding. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Manuscript.
