Cloth covers show rubbing along edges, and bumped corners. There is light wear at the corners, and heavier wear at crown where there is a dime sized piece of cloth missing. There is a tear along the joint of the top cover at the spine, and cloth is a little loose. Hinges (internal) are both cracked, though holding. Inked inscription on blank front free end leaf, dated Xmas, 1913. Text leaves show light to moderate foxing. Tissue guards show a little light foxing and a couple of small edge tears.
