This item is the last part of either a five-volume off print or variant issue of the 'The American Guide: A Source Book and Complete Travel Guide for the United States.' Each volume printed two sections of the 'Guide' and was issued as an independent volume with a distinct title page and separate index, but with consecutive pagination. Saunders 21. Dale L.
