It is justified in offering a contribution to the theoretical knowledge that will allow the community subject of study, specifically the communal council to have the necessary tools to approach problems of violence. The study focuses on a quantitative methodology, under the positivist paradigm. The technique implemented was the interview, with the support of the instrument. 68 pp. Englisch.

L'objet de l'enquête consiste en la formation communautaire des droits des femmes dans l'urbanisation Los Samanes II, dans la municipalité de Girardot, État d'Aragua. Il est justifié d'offrir une contribution aux connaissances théoriques qui permettront à la collectivité objet de l'étude, plus précisément au conseil communal, de disposer des outils nécessaires pour aborder les problèmes de violence. L'étude se concentre sur une méthodologie quantitative, selon le paradigme positiviste.
