[32]pp. The book is a collection of short poems about various jungle and woodland creatures. Each page is boldly illustrated in full color by Eleanore Barte. There is a neat gift inscription on the half title and spotting to both the front and back endpapers and the page adjacent to each. Internally, the rest of the book is very fine. The book comes in the publisher's original pictorial box which is lightly rubbed and has repaired flaps but is still quite nice. The condition of the book is FINE and the condition of the box is VERY GOOD. This large format Volland is rare in the box and in such nice condition.
