Two maps are called for and are often not present however in this copy both are present, the coloured folding map is loose, and the 2-colour folding ethnological map of Plateau Province is tipped onto the rear inside board. The work was edited by H. Hale Middleton. A very nice copy of the first edition in the publisher's blue cloth.
