A collection of pencil drawings reminiscent of the illustrations of Ingri and Edgar Parin d'Aulaire by Southern Califor…nia based artist Jean Goodwin Ames (1903-1986). She and her husband Arthur were both educators and artists. She taught at Scripps College and the Claremont Graduate School from 1940 to 1962 and was chair of the art department at Claremont Graduate School from 1962 to 1969. Scarce, with no copies located in OCLC.
