O BRASILCON mantém na festejada e distinta estrutura digital a (re)conhecida coluna semanal "garantias do consumo, através da qual infindáveis temas relacionados ao direito do consumidor são desenvolvidos e divulgados contribuindo não apenas com o saber científico dirigido à dogmática consumerista, mas essencialmente com a contextualização crítica de acontecimentos, proposições legislativas, efemérides, julgamentos de tribunais, posturas do mercado de consumo, enfim, múltiplos pontos de reflexão que culminam na análise de conquistas e retrocessos que respeitam às políticas públicas de consumo. Este livro, portanto, reproduz de modo impresso e atualizado as reiteradas produções jurídicas digitais naquele canal e que agora saem fortalecidas e padronizadas no formato brochura. Obra compartilhada em quase uma centena de artigos elaborados pelo método do direito aplicado que busca apresentar soluções mais rápidas, sólidas e propositivas aos imbricados problemas que surgem na sociedade de mercado e que atentam e colocam em risco os vulneráveis. Daí a constatação de que o acervo de manifestações constante do semanário é referência em citação em inúmeros documentos científicos, julgados e demais manifestações pragmáticas.
