Covers are clean and intact overall but have light rubbing, moderate darkening, a few small wrinkles, tiny closed tear on fore-edge on front, and chipping at head and tail of spine. A Very Good copy. This is report containing the proceedings from the fourth annual Council of Deliberation of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite (AASR) for the District of Vermont which was held in 1878. Text is relatively brief for each section. Much of the text refers to members of AASR and latest news. Other subjects include obituaries for an AASR members, international news for AASR in other countries, matters about uniform and rituals, AASR Grades and Degrees, finances, and matters about the AASR constitution and by-laws.
