We offer Volume I only, not the scarce volume II. 4, 458, XLVI pp. Bound firmly in attractive original sheep, with gilt-lettered morocco spine label. A couple of institutional stamps and bookplate; leaf 253-254 has a margin tear which affects the side margin notes but not the main text. Else a fresh and Very Good copy. The laws are arranged alphabetically by subject. Volume I's Appendix prints the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, the U.S. and Tennessee Constitutions, and "Precedents for Justices of the Peace," including forms.
