Considered by many to be the greatest adaptation of…the novel. Shot in Biot, Alpes-Maritimes, and in Nice and Paris. One photograph 9.25 x 7 inches, two photographs 6.5 x 9.25 inches, one photograph 6.75 x 4.75 inches. Near Fine to Very Good plus, one with two pinholes and faint discoloration on the center top edge, and one with pinholes at the corners. Criterion Eclipse Series 4. Eureka Masters of Cinema 106.
