Negativ ist, dass in keinster Weise die Einstellungen im Customizing angesprochen werden. Hier fehlt der Verweis, dass die voreingestellten Parameter verändert sowie Neue hinzugefügt werden können. Ein weiterer positiver Aspekt ist, dass das Buch das komplexe SAP-System in einfachster Weise für jedermann darstellt.
