Mit flüchtigen Materialien wie Wasser, Staub oder Licht lässt der Künstler das verborgene Potenzial unscheinbarer Situationen in Stadt und Natur sichtbar werden. Ein Tunnel im urbanen Raum oder eine Felswand im Hochgebirge werden dabei zum Ausgangspunkt und elementaren Bestandteil seiner ortsbezogenen Interventionen, die er in Bildern festhält. Das Buch gibt erstmals einen umfassenden Einblick in Frasers Schaffen. Bildstrecken seiner konzeptuellen und poetischen Arbeiten wechseln mit Gesprächen ab, die nicht nur den Aktionsrahmen für seine künstlerische Praxis abstecken, sondern auch die großen Themen unserer Zeit berühren.Ossian Fraser studierte freie Kunst und Bildhauerei 2006-2009 an der Alanus Hochschule für Kunst und Gesellschaft in Bonn und 2009-2013 an der Weißensee Kunsthochschule in Berlin, 2013-2014 war er Meisterschüler bei Albrecht Schäfer. 152 pp. Englisch.
