Paper. Original Photographs. 2 very nice original 8" x 10" photograph portraits of the silent screen comedian Roscoe "Fatty" Arbuckle who is most remembered today for the murder trial that ruined his life and career even though after 3 trials he was acquitted of all charges. Arbuckle was a major star only second in popularity to Chaplin, but after the scandal he was finished in movies. Although from the teens or early 20's the date stamped on the verso is Nov. 16, 1932. which leads me to believe that this photo is an early reprint. There appears that a photo caption was attached but was removed. Book.…

No Binding. Condizione: Fine. Hollywood, California, September 21, 1925 and approved "qualified" October 7, 1925. The Masquers was a fraternal organization, to which many noted personalities of the day belonged; the clubhouse was located at 1875 N. Sycamore Ave., in Hollywood. Signed by proposer actor Lew Cody, who has apparently filled out the application and signed by seconder actor Earle A. Foxe. Not signed by Arbuckle, but the writing is certainly similar. Printed document on blue paper, accomplished in black fountain pen ink, with notations in pencil and red pen. 5" x7"; fresh, clean and nice.
