Vintage original 8" x 10" black-and-white single weight glossy silver gelatin print still photo of? 1949 American film noir crime film directed by William Castle and starring Scott Brady, John Russell, Dorothy Hart and Peggy Dow. It is the story of an ex-con, a former Chicago mobster, who is accused of the murder of a high-ranking Chicago boss. The movie marks the second film to feature a young Rock Hudson and the first in which he received a film credit for his work. Very Good with some handling and creasing at the edges.

Vintage reference photograph from the 1942 film, showing actor Errol Flynn in a leather aviator jacket. Photographer stamp on the verso. From the collection of artist and author Duncan Hannah. Duncan Hannah was a key figure in the burgeoning New York underground arts scene, befriending Andy Warhol and his superstars, Lou Reed, Allen Ginsberg, Patti Smith, Salvador Dali, and many others. A graduate of the Parsons School of Design, his paintings were exhibited in the influential 1980 Times Square Show alongside work by Keith Haring and Jean-Michel Basquiat, and several of his paintings are held in the permanent collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. A war film about a group of Allied aviators who must escape the Third Reich after being shot down near the Polish border and captured by the Germans. 8 x 10 inches. Very Good plus, with creasing and a small splash on the recto, and adhesive residue on the verso.
