Revised Draft script for the 1963 television episode, which originally aired on October 17, 1963, on CBS. Manuscript ink annotations by screenwriter Larry Cohen to the first 19 pages, noting substantive revisions, and Cohen's playful annotation to the title page, crossing through "The Nurses" and writing "Florence Nightmare" (possibly a working title) over the printed title.
