Book has been rebound by library, with expected inserts, stamps and inscriptions. Clean pages and maps with light tanning and mild foxing throughout. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces and bumping to corners. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Minor wear marks to boards.

Wraps a little bumped, pulling to top of spine of Analysis volume, contents very good. First major update to the County Development Plan approved in July 1956, with updates to policies and overall policy maps. A further 32 town maps and various other small maps were to be submitted separately as part of the review.
