The binding constants of interactions were first theoretically calculated using molecular docking simulations. Next, these in…teractions were experimentally investigated via Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR). The theoretical binding constants, KD, predicted from theoretical calculations have been compared with the experimental values obtained from SPR. As a model protein, Escherichia coli (E.coli) DNA photolyase was used due to its known crystal structure. Among the eight drugs analyzed, theoretical and experimental values have shown similar binding affinities between selected drug and protein pairs. The results obtained in this study may be significant to characterize the unknown interactions of existing drugs with various proteins. 112 pp. Englisch.

Para facilitar este primer intento de investigación sobre los estadios, en primer lugar me centro únicamente en los estadios de fútbol de Estambul, sede hegemónica del fútbol en Turquía y, en particular, en los estadios que acogen la primera liga de fútbol profesional en Turquía. En segundo lugar, establezco un nivel de análisis amplio y polifacético centrándome en los elementos clave de la transformación de los estadios de Estambul mediante una metodología de investigación documental y un marco teórico basado en la tríada espacial de Lefebvre. Um diesen ersten Versuch der Stadionforschung zu erleichtern, beschränke ich mich zunächst auf die Fußballstadien in Istanbul, der hegemonialen Heimat des Fußballs in der Türkei, und insbesondere auf die Stadien, in denen die erste Liga des Profifußballs in der Türkei ausgetragen wird. Zweitens ziehe ich eine breite und vielschichtige Analyseebene heran, indem ich mich auf die Schlüsselelemente der Transformation der Istanbuler Stadien konzentriere, und zwar mit Hilfe einer dokumentarischen Forschungsmethodik und eines theoretischen Rahmens, der auf Lefebvres räumlicher Triade aufbaut. Diese Arbeit bietet erste Einblicke in die sozialräumliche Produktion von Stadien in Istanbul, die mit dem Wandel des Fußballs und seiner Stadien auf globaler Ebene sowie mit den sozialen, wirtschaftlichen und politischen Veränderungen in der Türkei und insbesondere in Istanbul zusammenhängen. 108 pp. Deutsch.

Em segundo lugar, traço um nível amplo e multifacetado de análise, concentrando-me nos elementos-chave da transformação dos estádios de Istambul através de uma metodologia de investigação documental e de um quadro teórico construído sobre a tríade espacial de Lefebvre.
