Dark staining to text block edges. Nineteenth century ink writing on front free endpaper and on frontispiece's blank verso; modern pencil writing also on ffep; occasional pencil and ink marks amongst text; varied toning throughout with some soiling and staining. Text block binding stressed with some leaves and quires slightly pulled. Sold as is - should be rebound. Impressive frontispiece being a full-page copper plate engraving depicting Moses, Aaron, King David, and a Torah ark. Jpeg images gladly emailed upon request.
