Hardcover. Condizione: Very Good. Condizione sovraccoperta: Very Good. Richard Powers (illustratore). 1st Edition. One of the many excellent juvenile biographies by Baker, this one dealing with the soldier/ explorer, Zebulon Pike who gets the fourteener Pike's Peak named after him. There is an ownership label on endpaper, edges are a little browned, but a very good copy indeed in a very good, edgeworn, price-clipped dust jacket, with internally repaired short tears to top of front panel and a small nick to spine. Now that it's behind acetate it looks a lot better than it does in the photograph.
