The text was digitally set by Joseph Uccello in Maiola type designed by Veronika Burian. All copies were letterpress printed on mould-made Hahnemuhle Biblio paper by Evolution Press in Seattle and bound by Puget Bindery in Kent, Washington. A standard edition of two hundred and fifty copies are bound in paper wrappers. A deluxe edition of one hundred copies are hand-stenciled in color, signed and numbered by Jennifer Kennard. The first seventy-five copies of the deluxe edition are specially bound in Japanese book cloth. The remaining twenty-five copies are offered in sheets for hand book-binders."
