Synthese von Kupferseifen, die von gewöhnlichen Fettsäuren abgeleitet sind, nämlich Kupferpalmitat und Kupfercaprylat, und deren Komplexe mit 2-Amino-6-Brombenzothiazol (als Stickstoff- und Schwefel-Donor-Liganden). 2. Analytische Untersuchungen der Komplexe mit chromatographischen Methoden 3. Antimikrobielle Untersuchungen der Komplexe wurden mit der Kirby-Beaur-Stoks'-Methode durchgeführt, um ihre vergleichende Toxizität zu ermitteln. 4. Interpretationen in Bezug auf die DNA-Bindungs- und Spaltungsaktivität der untersuchten Bakterien.
