Barnett Singer is a Professor of History at the University of Victoria, Canada. He has published several books and numerous articles on topics in modern French history. John Langdon received a B.A. with Honors in History from Le Moyne College in 1967 and a Ph.D. in History from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University in 1973.
