It has publications on economic development and social and technological inequalities, the economy of natural resources, evaluation of infrastructure in telecommunications, and the regulation of public services, among others.She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and holds a degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
