Efficacy of different doses of arsenic in the… brain tissue of L. cuprina(Wiedemann) was observed through histological slide preparations by feeding and injectiontreatments as well as control. Arsenic-induced mortality was also observed for both the treatments and control flies. 0.01 ppm, 0.05 ppm, 0.1 ppm, 0.5 ppm, and 1 ppm of As were administered in the treatments. The mortality was observed for 72 hours and the total mortality within this time was corrected by using Abbott's correction formula.
