Nous avons inclus 82 patients (67% des femmes). L¿âge moyen était de 43,5 ans ±18,18 ans et 35% des patients étaient obèses. La symptomatologie était dominée par l¿anxiété et l¿irritabilité (100 % des patients). L¿hypoglycémie vraie a été retenue dans 28 %. Les facteurs associées à une vraie hypoglycémie étaient la disponibilité d¿un lecteur de glycémie capillaire à domicile , la présence de céphalées , une hypoglycémie objectivée au cours des cycles glycémiques aux doigts. Die Symptomatik wurde von Angst und Reizbarkeit dominiert (100 % der Patienten). Eine echte Hypoglykämie wurde bei 28 % festgestellt. Faktoren, die mit einer echten Hypoglykämie in Verbindung gebracht wurden, waren die Verfügbarkeit eines Kapillarblutzuckermessgeräts zu Hause, das Vorhandensein von Kopfschmerzen und eine Hypoglykämie, die durch Glukosezyklen an der Fingerspitze nachgewiesen wurde. Nous avons inclus des patients hospitalisés dans un service d'endocrinologie entre janvier… 2010 et 2017, pour un malaise évoquant une hypoglycémie, tous les patients ont eu un examen clinique, un cycle glycémique spontané, une HGPO sur 5 heures en cas de malaise post postprandial et une épreuve de jeûne pour les patients n'ayant pas présenté spontanément une hypoglycémie ou avec malaise de jeûne. Nous avons inclus 82 patients (67% des femmes). L'âge moyen était de 43,5 ans ±18,18 ans et 35% des patients étaient obèses. La symptomatologie était dominée par l'anxiété et l'irritabilité (100 % des patients). L'hypoglycémie vraie a été retenue dans 28 %. Les facteurs associées à une vraie hypoglycémie étaient la disponibilité d'un lecteur de glycémie capillaire à domicile , la présence de céphalées , une hypoglycémie objectivée au cours des cycles glycémiques aux doigts. Les principales étiologies des hypoglycémies étaient l'hypoglycémie fonctionnelle et factice retrouvées dans 34% des cas chacune, suivies par l'hyperinsulinisme endogène (17%).VDM Verlag, Dudweiler Landstraße 99, 66123 Saarbrücken 68 pp. Französisch.

La vera ipoglicemia è stata identificata nel 28%. I fattori associati alla vera ipoglicemia erano la disponibilità di un misuratore di glucosio capillare a casa, la presenza di mal di testa e l'ipoglicemia evidenziata dai cicli di glucosio al polpastrello. Wir schlossen 82 Patienten (67 % Frauen) ein. Das Durchschnittsalter betrug 43,5 ±18,18 Jahre und 35 % der Patienten waren fettleibig. Die Symptomatik wurde von Angst und Reizbarkeit dominiert (100 % der Patienten). Eine echte Hypoglykämie wurde bei 28 % festgestellt. Faktoren, die mit einer echten Hypoglykämie in Verbindung gebracht wurden, waren die Verfügbarkeit eines Kapillarblutzuckermessgeräts zu Hause, das Vorhandensein von Kopfschmerzen und eine Hypoglykämie, die durch Glukosezyklen an der Fingerspitze nachgewiesen wurde.
