Included are two film credits sheets from publicity manager Mort Segal, referring to actress Demick as she visits Tunisia, smokes a hookah, and shops locally. One image from the set is shown. Please inquire for others. Based on Durrenmatt's 1956 play, "Der Besuch der alten Dame." Karla (Bergman) is disgraced as an unwed mother and banished from her hometown. She later returns a fabulously wealthy woman, ready to confront the child's father Serge (Quinn), who denied paternity, and seek revenge. Nominated for a Palme d'Or at the 1964 Cannes Film Festival, and for an Academy Award in 1965. 8 x 10 inches, small white borders. Duncan Hannah was a key figure in the burgeoning New York underground arts scene, befriending Andy Warhol and his superstars, Lou Reed, Allen Ginsberg, Patti Smith, Salvador Dali, and many others. A graduate of the Parsons School of Design, his paintings were exhibited in the influential 1980 Times Square Show alongside work by Keith Haring and Jean-Michel Basquiat, and several of his paintings are held in the permanent collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Based on Frédéric Grendel's 1951 novel, about a bank robber who gets his brother to agree to help break him out of prison-on the condition that the brother be allowed to date the robber's girlfriend. Shot on location in Sevilla, Spain, and in Tangier, Morocco. 14 x 11 inches. Very Good plus, lightly toned, with pinholes and wear at the corners.
