The magazine was only "distributed to photojournalists, agency representatives and directors of photography at newspapers, weeklies and news networks around the world." This issue presents the "world's best news pictures, Mar. 2 - Aug. 2, 2007," including images from natural and man-made disasters, sporting events, terrorist actions, conflicts, etc. as well as a photo-essay with text on chronic malnutrition in Guatemalan children by Benjamin Rusnak, a photo-essay with text on southern Sudanese refugees by Micah Albert, and a backstory on photographer Mary F.
