Condition is Good+, downgraded due to heavy rubbing to upper & lower extremities, with some tiny holes along bottom edges. Otherwise, completely clean, binding tight & square, pages creamy white, with a hint of tanning to edges, but unmarked. The unclipped DJ is Good- with a large closed tear at top of front cover & smaller chips/tears to other edges; nicely protected in new mylar cover Free!
