[Colophon]:"This book has been set and printed by The Cornwall Press and bound by the McNamee Bookbinding Co. in New York". 6 5/8 inches x 9 1/2 in. etching on light blue paper, signed in pencil by Bernard Sanders, bound in as the frontispiece, with tissue guard; numbered limitation statement on the reverse of the titlepage; 111 pp., with colophon on reverse of p. 111; illustrated with reproductions of two Bernard Sanders etchings, printed on light blue paper; the one at p. 58, is the image from the frontispiece etching. Printed on paper with: Berkshire Text watermark. Dark blue-green cloth with titling gilt on the spine and front cover. With bookplate on the front paste-down, of Bob Gries (an early owner of the Cleveland Browns Football Team), this bookplate has tanned. The spine, shows some age-related fading. Signed by Illustrator(s).
