Jones worked for Paramount Pictures in the early 1930s, and was the first s…till photographer to win an Academy Award. He went on to be the head of the still photography department at Universal Pictures, where he worked well into the 1950s. After being unearthed due to an irrigation project, the mummy Kharis roams the bayou, searching for his lost love, Princess Ananka. The fifth entry in Universal's "Mummy" series, preceded by "The Mummy's Ghost." Set in the Louisiana bayou. 8 x 10 inches. Near Fine. Weaver and Brunas, Universal Horrors.
