Worn copy with dimmed cover titling, touches of fray to extremities which show a little card, and -worst of all- the "tunnel" or space between spine panel and back of textblock has been glued down (perhaps to shore up a cracked hinge) which distorts the spine panel, which ordinarily lifts free when book is opened, a condition binders call "tight-back". Otherwise unobjectionable, a reading copy.
