Billings in San Francisco".Folded twice for mailing, else a fine copy. Billings "was framed with Tom Mooney in 1916, spent 23 years in San Quentin prison. Billings, Mooney. were accused of responsibility for an explosion which killed ten spectators during the 1916 preparedness parade' in San Francisco. Since his release, Billings has devoted his time to fighting for the freedom of other labor prisoners. He is a member of the. Civil Rights Defense Committee and in the forefront of the fight to free the 18." [from introductory statement of this publication, published by James T.
