This book is probably from the library of John Harvey Kellogg of Battler Creek, Michigan, who is credited with the invention of corn flakes breakfast cereal, and was an early proponent of vegetarianism. He and his brother Will founded a food company in Battle Creek which later became the Kellogg company.
