Single sheet. Condizione: Near Fine. Single tan sheet trifolded to form 6 pages of 8.5 x 5.25 in. each. Illustrated with 5 vignettes by painter, printmaker and engraver Zelma Blakely. Beginning in about 1950, British Transport Films produced dozens of 16mm and 35mm films promoting various locales in the United Kingdom for holiday travelers. A number of these films were accompanied by a promotional pamphlet, some illustrated by prominent artists, such as Blakely in this leaflet for the Peak District. An uncommon survival and a well-preserved, near fine copy (short crease to one side).
