Light to Moderate dampstaining to parts of exterior Cvr, no warping, no bubbling, no separation, no penetration. Binding tender in a few places but holding very well. Pages slightly stiff w/ age. 354 pgs + 12 pg publ advts end with Odds Against Him . Book is square, straight, tight & clean except as noted, overall VG- cond. The front cover has a 2-1/2" dia floral dec in bright gilt, w/ a 3" strip mid-spine repeating the motif, also in bright gilt. The dampstaining & fading is as described, w/ the worst being the lower 2-1/2" of the front gutter area, wrapping approx 1-1/2" around fr mid-spine into front cover. The irregular shaped stain is somewhat darkened around the edges & whitish within. The fore-edge of the front cover is lightly faded & spotted, & there's a thumb- or finger-size pale spot high on the fore-edge of the back cover, Interior Relatively Clean light Rub, Wear, Light Stains Bottom Cvr Spine & front edge Cvr,
