Hence, there is need for a holistic approach for integrating sustainability principles into material selection decision making at the design stage of building project (Akadiri, 2011).Careful selection of environmentally sustainable building materials is the easiest way for architects and building designers to begin incorporating sustainable design principles in buildings. Traditionally, price has been the foremost consideration when comparing similar materials or materials designated for the same function. The chapter three was succulently written to discuss the methods and procedures adopted in the course of conducting the study it also revealed the research instrument used, how it was administrated and analysed, were also discussed.A total number of seven hundred were randomly selected as sample for the study, having used eight senior secondary school adolescent in Epe area of Lagos State.The chapter four was analytically and descriptively written to present the data sourced through the use of questionnaire for analysis and hypothesis testing.The findings, showed that the respondents had adequate knowledge about sexuality education and its health consequences, was attributed to the various campaigns being mounted by government and non-governments organisation and by extension, the respondents exhibited some positive sexual behaviours.

A designed research instrument was used to generate relevant data for the study- The data were tested using percentage and Chi-square statistical tools. Three null hypotheses were tested in the study which revealed that teachers' participation in school decision making has significant relationship on their job productivity; principals' leadership styles have significant relationship on teachers' involvement in school decision-making, management effectiveness has significant influence on job productivity in schools. Based on the findings, some recommendations were made to the principals to encourage teachers to participate in important school discussions that will motivate them to develop a sense of belongingness to the organizations and enhance their job productivity.

This type of system is regarded as in-house because client's staffs as different from contractor's staffs carry out the project delivery process and activities. Idoro, Iyagba and Odusami (2007) asserted that direct labour is mainly used for government projects. The use of the system is a good development in construction because it does not result in high staff strength and overhead costs in the Nigerian construction industry.

In this research work, a sample of twenty (20) teachers and one hundred (100) students were collected by means of simple random sampling techniques from five secondary schools in Mushin Local Government. The research instrument used for the study was the teacher's and student's perception questionnaire which was validated by the supervisor and used for the collection of data from the respondents. The data collected from respondents were analyzed with distribution tables and simple percentage.At the end of the analysis the study revealed the major reasons for examination malpractice which include parental pressure for good grades, value attached to certificate and so on. The study further recommend that parent should not put pressure on their children for good grades. Also emphasis should not be lay on certificates.
